This short-term rental property management company serves vacation rental owners and guests in the Central Gulf Coast region, which includes Tarpon, Springs, New Port Richey, Hernando Beach and Weeki Wachee. These locations offer world-class beaches, sprawling golf courses, stunning sunsets, and intercoastal waterways to kayak, fish and swim with manatees.
Tim brings more than 17 years of customer service and operational expertise from his military and healthcare executive experience to iTrip Palm Harbor. This invaluable experience has taught him how to care for customers and fulfill their specific needs. His goal is to increase short-term rental homeowner’ incomes while providing superior personalized service. As an active investor in long-term rentals, Tim fell in love with property management. As the short-term vacation rental industry continued to grow, he felt 2022 was the time to purchase an iTrip franchise and leave corporate America to pursue his passion.
